The booking is to confirmed only upon reception of the contract that the Direction will send soon after having received the deposit. The Direction reserves the right to refuse deposits which arrive less than 15 days before the rental contract is signed and agreed upon by both parties.
30% of the rent is to be paid as deposit by bank (Friuladria - Agenzia di Caorle - IBAN: IT89C0533636020000030024213 - BIC: BPPNIT2P039 - Ferro Vanni & C. snc - Causal: Caparra Residence Corallo) as they usually delayed. The remainder of the rent, together with the extra charges must be paid upon arrival, whereupon the keys will be handed over and the client may take posession of the property.
3 - ARRIVAL.
Arrivals are fixed from 4.00 o'clock p.m. to 10.00 p.m. the day the rental contract takes effect. In case of delay, the client is kindly required to informThe Direction. Upon arrival the official documents of all the people who will occupy the flat, must be presented.
4 - STAY'S CONDITIONS.
It's forbidden to give hospitality to more people than forseen in the rental agreement. Domestic animals will be tolerated only in specific properties. The Direction must give permission for this. All clients are obliged to comply with the regulations and respect each condominium. In particular they should observe the common rules relative to silence, above all in the afternoon and at night.
5 - EQUIPMENT OF THE FLATS.
All our flats are completely furnished and equipped with stove or gasrange, warm and cold running water, electricity, sheets and towels.
6 - DEPARTURE.
The flat has be vacated by 10.00 a.m. the day the rental contract finishes. Refunds will not be given for early departures. Departures must occur during office hours so that our staff can visit the said property .The Direction, can on request give permission for departure outside office hours, but, in this case, the deposit will be withheld and upon inspection of the property will be refunded partially or entirely by The Direction. The flat must be left tidy, free from garbage, with kitchenware washed and the refrigerator emptied, otherwise the guest will be charged .
7 - CAUTION MONEY.
The guest binds himself to take the utmost care of the flat and of its contents (kitchenware, refrigerator, mattresses, etc.). Breakage or damages will be reimbursed according to our price list.
